Delivery

• Kolkata (700xxx pincodes): same or next day.
• Rest of West Bengal: 1–3 days.
• East India and metro cities: 2–5 days.
• Rest of India: 4–7 days. Hill and North-East pincodes take longer.

The delivery charge depends on your pincode and order value. Enter your pincode at the top of any page, on a product page, or at checkout to see the exact charge and estimate before you pay. Tracking details are emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.

Cash on delivery

Available in most pincodes; any handling fee or order limit is shown at checkout. Pay the delivery agent in cash or UPI on the spot.

Returns

Wrong, damaged, or defective item? Email safazonemartpvtltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We collect it and replace or refund within 5 working days. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty or wrong.
