Using the site

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.
• Keep your account password to yourself. Orders placed from your signed-in account are treated as yours.
• Do not scrape, resell our listings, attempt to break the site, or place fraudulent or repeatedly refused orders.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, but handloom and printed fabrics can vary slightly in shade and pattern from piece to piece, and screen colours vary. If what arrives is not what was described, it is covered under cancellations and refunds.

Prices and GST

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST.
• A GST invoice is issued for every order and is available under your orders.
• Shipping is calculated by pincode at checkout. Any cash-on-delivery handling fee is shown before you confirm.
• Prices and offers can change at any time before you place an order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

When an order becomes binding

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the item. Until then we may cancel and refund in full if the item is out of stock, the price or description was clearly wrong, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or the order looks fraudulent.

Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are handled on our payment provider’s secure page — card and UPI details never reach our servers.

Delivery

Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and courier delays happen. See shipping and returns for areas, charges and timelines. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your content

Reviews and photos you post stay yours, but you give us permission to display them on the site. We remove anything abusive, misleading or unlawful.

Our content

The Safazone Mart name, logo, site design and photography belong to us. Product brand names and packaging belong to their respective owners. Do not reuse ours without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

Indian law applies, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please talk to us — almost everything is solved there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version live on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
